Writer - topic: claims; legal perspective

Need writers who are vendors and legal businesses.  Want informative and insightful articles about claims handling.  Can be workers' compensation, general liabililty, products liability, construction defect or property claims.  Case studies are good. 

​Articles can be from the perspective of defense of claims or advocacy of claims. 

Footer will contain short bio of writer, banner of firm, contact information.  Publication lasts as long as adjustercom exists.  (Some articles still published online are 20 years old.)
