More than "greater Los Angeles". Area described in the Position Title. This is a remote position.  All writers can work from home or anywhere.  

I need a news writer to write about happenings in insurance claims.  Commercial  claims – property, general liability, and workers’ compensation. 

Events.  Happenings.  Legislative changes.  Anything that is NEWSWORTHY about goings-on in claims.  That’s the key word—newsworthy.  Newsworthiness.   The subject of the writing is something newsworthy. 

~500 words is the usual article size.  Can be reasonably more or less.  $50 per article if article accepted and published.  Small articles of a hundred to two hundred words pay less.  The pay for these small, brief articles, or "snippets" get evaluated individually.
